IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vista Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
