IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Kestrel Community Partners is a nonprofit in Las Vegas supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
