IT Support Specialist - device setup (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Oak Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
