IT Support Specialist - device setup (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Kansas City with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
