IT Support Specialist - device setup (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Stone Freight Group is a Jacksonville logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
