IT Support Specialist - device setup (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
