IT Support Specialist - device setup (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rook Community Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
