IT Support Specialist - device setup (Indianapolis, IN)

Silverline Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Indianapolis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
