IT Support Specialist - device setup (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Oak Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
