IT Support Specialist - device setup (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
