IT Support Specialist - device setup (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Summit Yarrow Inspection Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
