IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Fresno with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
