IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Union Foods Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
