IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Umber Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Fort Worth. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
