IT Support Specialist - device setup (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Rowan Foods is a El Paso food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
