IT Support Specialist - device setup (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Granite Manufacturing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
