IT Support Specialist - device setup (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Lantern Property Management Group is a Detroit property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
