IT Support Specialist - device setup (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
