IT Support Specialist - device setup (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Bright Lakeside Freight Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We reward reliability. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
