IT Support Specialist - device setup (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Quarry Health and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
