IT Support Specialist - device setup (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Legal Group is a Denver practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Denver. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
