IT Support Specialist - device setup (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Granite Staffing places workers with employers around Denver. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Denver. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
