IT Support Specialist - device setup (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Denver. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
