IT Support Specialist - device setup (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Quarry Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 737 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
