IT Support Specialist - device setup (Dallas, TX)

Harborlight Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Dallas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
