IT Support Specialist - device setup (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Associates is an environmental-services company in Dallas with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
