IT Support Specialist - device setup (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Dallas. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
