IT Support Specialist - device setup (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Dallas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
