IT Support Specialist - device setup (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Columbus. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
