IT Support Specialist - device setup (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
