IT Support Specialist - device setup (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Loom Markets is a Columbus retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
