IT Support Specialist - device setup (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 334 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
