IT Support Specialist - device setup (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
