IT Support Specialist - device setup (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
