IT Support Specialist - device setup (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Ridge Learning Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
