IT Support Specialist - device setup (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Telecom and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We invest in training. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
