IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Fern Energy Group is an energy provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
