IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Hospitality Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
