IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Bridge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
