IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Bridge Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
