IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Rowan Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules.
