IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Yarrow Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 415 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
