IT Support Specialist - device setup (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Chicago area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
