IT Support Specialist - device setup (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Banking Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
