IT Support Specialist - device setup (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Iron Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
