IT Support Specialist - device setup (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charleston. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
