IT Support Specialist - device setup (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
