IT Support Specialist - device setup (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Oak Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Buffalo, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
