IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boston, MA)

Silverline Fern Health runs clinics and patient services around Boston, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
