IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Cedar Foods is a Boston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people based in Boston. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
